1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Delivery is available to most cities and towns across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier services, and unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues.
  • Festival Return Gifts orders usually takes 15-20 business days.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please report it within 24 hours by emailing covaidesignstech@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
  • If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 7 business days. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

9. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will usually attempt a second delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional reshipping fee for re-delivery.

    • Natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
    • Courier or logistics provider delays.
