• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹10,000.
• This offer is only applicable within the following southern states:
  • Tamil Nadu
  • Kerala
  • Karnataka
  • Telangana
  • Andhra Pradesh

2. Exclusions

• Free shipping does not apply to:
  • Festival return gifts
  • Customized or made-to-order products with special shipping requirements

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders eligible for free shipping will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and courier service availability.
• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Covai Designs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.
• If an order is canceled or modified and no longer meets the ₹10,000 minimum, standard shipping charges will apply.

5. Shipping Delays

• Covai Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
